At Candle Me Nott, each candle is handcrafted and designed with care. To ensure the highest quality, please review our shipping process below:
Processing Time
- Every candle is made-to-order, taking 2 weeks for your handcrafted candle to be made and shipping.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received, so please allow up 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping Time
- Once your order has been crafted it will be shipped from Jacksonville, FL.
- Standard shipping takes 7–10 business days for delivery.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Delays
- Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
- Candle Me Nott is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will assist you in tracking your package.
Care & Handling
- Candles are fragile and carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sekisha@candlemenott.com with photos so we can assist you.
